Masters: The Master of Education in Special Education is designed for educators who are already certified and wish to advance their studies in the field of Special Education. The courses are delivered by experienced professionals in their respective fields who are prepared to divulge their knowledge and experiences in the area of learning disabilities, mental retardation, emotional and physical disabilities. Participants must have access to a class of children with special needs to be able to complete all assignments given during the course.
PhD: The PhD program is mostly research-based and focuses on topics surrounding Special Education. Students are required to make presentations of their research at the local, regional and sometimes national level in order to show progress in the development of your particular field of specialization. Some of the areas of research may focus on:
