I am the graduate director at Texas Tech University’s English department. I must clarify something. We offer an online doctoral program in Technical Communication and Rhetoric. We DO NOT offer an online program in literature, linguistics, or creative writing. I have fielded several information requests and have tracked a few of them to this site.
