Library Technologist

A Library and Media Technologist is an individual who embraces cutting edge technology and imparts this knowledge into a school’s curriculum. PhD
- The PhD in Library and Media Technology will attract individuals who are intent on significantly advancing themselves in the field of Library and Media Technology. It combines the faculties of library and information science in an effort to prepare leaders in the areas of research, education and management. To apply for this degree, students must first acquire a Masters’ degree in this field.

The PhD course entails students preparing an original dissertation in the field of Library and Media Technology which will be assessed by a dissertation committee. They are allowed a maximum of seven years to complete this program.
