Why Do I Keep Getting Brochures From Different Colleges?
Do you keep getting college brochures to colleges and universities that you never went to or even applied for? Are you wondering why you keep getting brochures from different colleges? The most probable reason is that you must have gotten your name on a mailing list. If you recently graduated, your name may have been added to a database of graduates, the schools bought this database from an online marketer, and your name was on it.
You can also be added to a list if you recently took a college entrance exam like the SAT or PSAT. Colleges will get a hold of list of attendees and send them free college information or free college brochures. Unless these brochures are clogging up your mailbox, it is just a minor inconvenience. The ones with pretty pictures could even make a great wallpaper!
